Go to www.learningexpresslibrary.com
New User
1. Click on New User button
            USER NAME  -· User name must be a 14 digit number
·             -  The first five numbers must be 12311
·             -  Add any 9 numbers of your choice
                     (home phone number with area code minus last digit?)
              -  Pick numbers easy to remember
             PASSWORD · -  Create your own password
2. Choose North Country Library System when prompted
3. Proceed to take any test you want
4. Save to account to finish later if you wish
5. Remember your user number and password

Returning User
1.  Click on Returning User button
2. Use the same user name and password
3. Go to account to retrieve saved tests
4. Or start a new test
