New York State Council on the Arts Decentralization Program

NCLS will no longer be hosting the Decentralization Grant Program. The St. Lawrence County Arts Council in Potsdam will now be administering the program. Applications for 2008 DEC funding are available at the Arts Council, as well as the grant workshop schedule.
